„I do believe Marsellus Wallace, my husband, your boss, told you to take ME out and do WHATEVER I WANTED. Now I wanna dance, I wanna win. I want that trophy, so dance good.” („PULP FICTION”)

Daisy Phillips was born in Oakland, California. Her early interests in architecture, gymnastics and becoming-a-fairy led her to dance, which she studied in Berkeley, London and Geneva. From 2003-2005 she was a member of the Ballet Junior de Genève, working with many artists including Lucinda Childs, Patrick Delcroix, Thierry Malandain and Fabrice Mazliah. As a freelancer, Daisy has worked with the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève, in Béziers with Kirsten Debrock/Compagnie KD Danse, and in San Francisco with Alex Ketley, Rebecca Pappas, Sonia Reiter, and Les Stuck. In 2007 she moved to Belgium to work with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, creating the quartet „Origine”, the duet „Faun” and the opera „Das Rheingold”. In addition, she has an ongoing collaboration with Erika Tsimbrovsky / Avy K Productions in San Francisco, focusing on multi-media improvisation. www.east-man.be www.avyk.org

Rebecca Rainey hails from Cape Cod, MA. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance and a minor in International Studies. Since college, Rebecca has performed with Sue Bernhard Danceworks, and Maxine Steinman and Dancers. In January of 2009 she participated in a multi-media event entitled The Only Tribe with choreography by Peter Kyle. She’s co-choreographed with fellow dancer Christina Ilisije, with the International Street Cannibals. Rebecca appeared in a video installation by Astrid Steiner called „Who Are You Said the Caterpillar?”, presented at the Austrian Cultural Forum and other venues around the US and Europe. She is a certified Pilates mat instructor currently teaching group classes and private lessons around Berlin. She moved here in January 2010.

Originally from Los Angeles, Coco studied dance on full scholarship at the LINES Ballet School and the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance. She studied film theory at the University of Southern California, and film production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. In 2005 she graduated from NYU with honors. She moved to Berlin in autumn of 2009 to better pursue art/life. More of her work can be seen on her blog: The Young Guns (http://lesjeunesguns.blogspot.com/)
