The construed determines the existent. The attempt to formulate this assertion differently would be idealistic. Deconstructing – this is the magic formula that needs to be found. Between the influence of what is always suggested to us, our own desire and the constant temptation to define ourselves as an individual, the existent becomes something unapproachable. “A voice of our common madness” is based on the process and the absurd attempt to approach itself. It begins a narrow balancing act between reality and fiction.

Das Konstruierte bestimmt das Existierende. Der Versuch, diese Behauptung andersherum zu formulieren, wäre idealistisch. Dekonstruieren – das ist die Zauberformel, die es zu finden gilt. Zwischen dem Einfluss des uns immerzu Suggerierten, dem eigenen Verlangen und der stetigen Versuchung, sich als Individuum zu definieren, wird das Existierende zu etwas Unnahbarem. “A voice of our common madness” basiert auf dem Prozess und dem absurden Versuch, sich seiner selbst anzunähern. Es beginnt eine schmale Gratwanderung zwischen Realität und Fiktion.

Jolanda Löllmann studierte Tanz an der Fontys Hoogschool voor de Kunsten in den Niederlanden, sowie am Royal Conservatory of Dance in Antwerpen und schloss mit einem BA of Performing arts in Dance ab. Sie tanzte in unterschiedlichen Produktionen von Choreografen wie Constanza Macras/Dorkypark (Berlin), James Wilton (London), DeDansers, Truus Bronkhorst, Sara Wictorovikz and Lina Limosani (Holland). Sie tourte mit dem internationalen Tanz- und Artistenkollektiv “Le Cirque du Platzak” durch Belgien, die Niederlande, Deutschland und Österreich. Jolanda bildet sich regelmäßig bei zahlreichen Tänzern und Choreografen wie Iñaki Azpillaga, Jorge Jauregui (Ultima Vez), Helder Seabra (Sidi larbi Cherkaoui), Quan Bi Ngoc (Ballet C de la B), Jos Baker, Seoljin Kim (Peeping Tom), David Zambrano weiter. Momentan lebt und arbeitet sie in Berlin.
