Elements and structures of storytelling are spread among dance, video, spoken word and music. True autobiographical events and outright lies are spun into a ficticious life story made up of contradicting, impossible histories.

In leaving something behind over and over to go somewhere else, how does one handle the loss of the familiar? What are the physical effects of leaving, lying, and displacement? Episodes in the characters’ past and present, flashbacks, and vague memories are brought to life through movement, songs, and literal and allegorical text.
