URBAN FEMINISM Gotcha!
As part of the ongoing project URBAN FEMINISM, ten young Berlin-based urban dance artists will present their short choreographic creations. Following a series of intensive workshop weekends with inspiring mentors Anne Nguyen, Raphael Moussa Hillebrand, Honji Wang and Kat Válastur, the female choreographers express their dis tinct styles and unique voices in eight solos and a duet.
Ellen Wolf is a dancer, choreographer and design manager. During her three-year stay in London, the Swiss dancer took part in numerous companies and toured England and Ireland in 2016 and 2017 with the hip hop and circus production “Jungle Book”. Her recent work has been shown as part of the Breakin‘ Convention at Sadler‘s Wells Theatre in London, at the Bauhaus Design Festival in Dessau and at the Planetarium in Lucerne as part of the world tour of German music producer Robot Koch‘s audiovisual live show “Sphere”.
