Production Details / Press Releases
“Digital Nomad” is a piece inspired by the stories of “digital nomads” individuals who work remotely while globetrotting to UNESCO locations. This narrative-driven choreography explores the desires and challenges of digital nomads, offering a portrayal of their way of life through movement and composition.
At the beginning of their second year, the students of the MA Choreography present choreographies that they have developed together with composition students from klangzeitort, the Institute for New Music at the Berlin University of the Arts and the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music. One choreography student and one composition student will test forms of interdisciplinary collaboration and develop projects on freely chosen themes.
The works will be shown in two different blocks in the studio hall of the HfM Hanns Eisler Berlin (Program 1) and in the HfS Ernst Busch on the Bühne Unten (Program 2).
