Annapaola Leso completed her master’s degree in dance at the Academy of Contemporary Dance in Milan, Italy. Before moving to Berlin in June 2011, she worked in Brussels and London, among others. With Wim Vandekeybus, Laura Aris Alvarez, Yuval Pick, and Michael Clark. She studied performance and improvisation, among others. With David Zambrano, Rebecca Hilton, July Hamilton and Rosalind Crisp. Their focus is on movements, which also include gestures, sounds and theatrical elements.

Jede Improvisation ist eine neue Erfahrung. Atmen, warten, Raum lassen für frische Luft. Es interessiert mich, mein Interesse zu wecken. Sie studierte Performance und Improvisation u.a. mit David Zambrano, Rebecca Hilton, Julyen Hamilton und Rosalind Crisp. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Bewegungen, die auch Gesten, Sounds und theatralische Elemente beinhalten.
