In a composition of choreographic, musical and cinematic means, Noé Soulier composes entirely different theoretical approaches. He does not act as an advocate of a particular position, but rather involves the audience in a thought experiment that illuminates dramatic principles, such as speech rhythm, expectations, etc. The resultant multitude of thoughts offers the possibility of comparing the classical theoretical discourse of the direct experience of a process of formation.

Noé Soulier is a PARTS graduate (2010), studied ballet at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris and the National Ballet School of Canada. He also studied harpsichord and philosophy at the University of Paris X. In June 2010, he won the piece “Little Perceptions “The competition Danse Élargie des Théâtre de la Ville, Paris and Musée de la danse. In 2011 he will complete his studies of philosophy at the Sorbonne.

Noé Soulier führt in einer Komposition aus choreografischen, musikalischen und filmischen Mitteln gänzlich verschiedene theoretische Denkansätze zusammen. Er tritt dabei nicht als Verfechter einer bestimmten Position auf, sondern bezieht das Publikum in ein Gedankenexperiment ein, das dramaturgische Prinzipien wie Sprachrhythmus, Erwartungen usw. beleuchtet. Der daraus resultierende Vielklang an Gedanken bietet die Möglichkeit, den klassischen theoretischen Diskurs der unmittelbaren Erfahrung eines Entstehungsprozesses gegenüberzustellen.

Im Juni 2010 gewann er mit dem Stück „Little Perceptions“ den Wettbewerb Danse Élargie des Théâtre vom de la Ville, Paris und Musée de la danse. 2011 wird er sein Studium der Philosophie an der Sorbonne abschließen.
