Production Details / Press Releases
The year is 2O9O and we celebrate that the utopian concepts of the Peaceful Revolution have been successfully implemented. POSTOST 2O9O looks at the women’s and civil rights movement in 1989/90, taking up their inspiring visions and feminist utopias, while examining the visionary potential of 199O from an intersectional perspective.
We celebrate 100 years of feminist utopias, 100 years of the draft constitution and 100 years of Ossifuturism, which have re-imagined social contexts in the midst of upheaval. In performative rituals and short “re-enactments” from the years 2O42, 2O63 and 2O82, the artists present different forms of Ossifuturism that will have existed until 2O9O. Between language and dance, improvised structures emerge and open up space for something new, precisely through their fleetingness. Celebrate with us! Off to POSTOST!
