Production Details / Press Releases
People with physical handicaps are not necessarily associated with energy and ecstasy – rather implosion than explosion, rather stagnation than progress. When Doris Uhlich turns dancer and choreographer Michael Turinsky’s electric wheelchair sounds into booming techno-beats, both human and mechanical energies are transformed. Two different bodies encounter each other in Ravemachine, they give each other impulses and expand their own physical biographies.
