Production Details / Press Releases
Through an imaginary journey, Naoko Tanaka projects into the room the glow of her personal story about an eating disorder. A doll, which is a miniature copy of her, lies on the dining room table. Tanaka travels along the small body with a flashlight and turns the tiny light into an actor. Fascinating imagery is created, images of suppressed memories emerge, a forest which grows beneath the dining room table, a massive illusory world in which the totally individual associations of the audience can find their own place.
